Deterministic Integration of Quantum Emitters and Optical Cavities in a Van Der Waals Crystal

The work demonstrates fabrication of Circular Bragg Grating (CBG) cavities with embedded emitters in hBN. The cavities are fabricated around a pre‐characterised quantum emitter. The integrated platform enables light matter interaction and access to brighter emitters and spins in hBN.

Confinement‐Induced Nonlocality and Optical Nonlinearity of Transdimensional Titanium Nitride Films in the Epsilon‐Near‐Zero Region

The epsilon‐near‐zero (ENZ) effect in metals emerges only in nanometer‐scale films with exceptional optical quality. Titanium nitride (TiN) films grown by molecular beam epitaxy retain high crystallinity down to 2 nm and exhibit dramatically enhanced nonlinear optical responses near the ENZ region.

Mathematical Transfer Theory – The Theory of Mathematical Property Transfer

In this paper we develop a formal framework for the systematic study of when a mathematical property (P) that holds for one structure (A) can be transferred to another structure (B). We introduce the concept of a property transfer operator and establish basic conditions under which the implication A ->_P B is valid.
