The analysis of mixtures by NMR spectroscopy is challenging. Diffusion-ordered NMR spectroscopy enables a pseudo-separation of species based on differences in their translational diffusion coefficients.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Islet transplantation remains the only alternative to daily insulin therapy for control of type 1 diabetes (T1D) in humans. To avoid the drawbacks of intrahepatic islet transplantation, we are developing a scaffolded islet implant to transplant islets ...

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Grewia polysaccharide as a pharmaceutical excipient in matrix tablets [PDF]
Matrix-based tablets using different concentrations of grewia gum, and the model drug ibuprofen, were prepared using a wet granulation technique. Similar formulations were also prepared using HPMC, guar gum or ethyl cellulose as the polymer matrix.

Combined Matrix of a Tridiagonal Toeplitz Matrix
In this work, combined matrices of tridiagonal Toeplitz matrices are studied. The combined matrix is known as the Relative Gain Array in control theory. In particular, given a real tridiagonal Toeplitz matrix of order n, the characterization of its combined matrix as a bisymmetric and doubly quasi-stochastic matrix is studied.

Channel matrix, measurement matrix and collapsed matrix in teleportation
In this paper, two kinds of coefficient matrixes (channel matrix, measurement matrix)associated with the pure state for teleportation are presented, the general relation among channel matrix, measurement matrix and collapsed matrix is obtained. In addition, a criterion for teleportation that the number of coefficient of an unknown state is determined ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created
