The inactivation of SLC35C1 (GDP‐fucose transporter) and enzymes involved in GDP‐fucose biosynthesis was studied. Fucose supplementation increases the level of GDP‐fucose to abnormal, millimolar values in the absence of the TSTA3 protein and SLC35C1 in contrast to the GMDS/SLC35C1 double mutant.

All Solutions of the Yang–Baxter-Like Matrix Equation for Nilpotent Matrices of Index Two
Let A be a nilpotent matrix of index two, and consider the Yang–Baxter-like matrix equation AXA=XAX. We first obtain a system of matrix equations of smaller sizes to find all the solutions of the original matrix equation.

In the blood–testis barrier, occludin is crucial for tight junctions. This study demonstrates that occludin‐targeting short peptides disrupt junction integrity, inducing immune cell infiltration, tumor necrosis factor‐α/interleukin‐6 secretion and mitochondrial dysfunction, ultimately triggering apoptosis.

Note on the Linear Matrix Equation
The general linear matrix equation has been investigated by Sylvester in a series of interesting papers published in the Comptes Rendus. His method, however, does not show that the solution can be exhibited as an analytical function of the coefficients ...

Interaction of class III cellobiose dehydrogenase with lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase
The activity of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO) is supported by its auxiliary enzyme cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH). The catalytic activity of both enzymes is coupled by electron transfer and a cyclic cascade generating substrates for both enzymes – hydrogen peroxide for LPMO and oxidized and non‐oxidized cellobiose and cello‐oligosaccharide ...

Special solutions of matrix Gellerstedt equation
Fundamental solutions for the Gellerstedt equation and its generalization were obtained in the distribution space using the method applied by I. M. Gelfand and J. Barros-Neto to the studying the Tricomi equation. The degenerating system of the mixed-type

Matrix zeros of quadratic equations
AbstractGiven a polynomial (x − a)(x − b) with a, b in a communtative principal ideal domain A, we describe (up to similarity) all its matrix zeros. In terms of representation theory, we describe and enumerate all representations of the ring A[x](x − a)(x − b)A[x] over A.

Abstract Background The aim of this study was to thoroughly analyze the reproducibility of radiomics feature extraction across three Image Biomarker Standardization Initiative (IBSI)‐compliant platforms using a digital phantom for benchmarking. It uncovers high consistency among common features while also pointing out the necessity for standardization ...

The Lyapunov matrix equation. Matrix analysis from a computational perspective
Decay properties of the solution $X$ to the Lyapunov matrix equation $AX + X A^T = D$ are investigated. Their exploitation in the understanding of equation matrix properties, and in the development of new numerical solution strategies when $D$ is not low
