A new memristive model with complex variables and its generalized complex synchronizations with time lag

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2019
The point of this paper is to display and explore a memristive complex hyperchaotic model with a flux-controlled memristor. The model’s behavior is examined through numerical simulations by utilizing some tools of nonlinear theory, for example ...

Matrix Inequalities Based Robust Model Predictive Control for Vehicle Considering Model Uncertainties, External Disturbances, and Time-Varying Delay

open access: yesFrontiers in Neurorobotics, 2021
In this paper, we design a robust model predictive control (MPC) controller for vehicle subjected to bounded model uncertainties, norm-bounded external disturbances and bounded time-varying delay. A Lyapunov-Razumikhin function (LRF) is adopted to ensure

Lyapunov functions for periodic matrix-valued Jacobi operators

open access: yes, 2007
We consider periodic matrix-valued Jacobi operators. The spectrum of this operator is absolutely continuous and consists of intervals separated by gaps. We define the Lyapunov function, which is analytic on an associated Riemann surface. On each sheet the Lyapunov function has the standard properties of the Lyapunov function for the scalar case.

Extending Battery Usage Time of a Heavy‐Duty Mecanum‐Wheeled Autonomous Electric Vehicle Used in Iron–Steel Industry by Considering Wheel Slippage

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2025.
It is a fact that slippage causes tracking errors in both longitudinal and lateral directions which results to have less travel distance in tracking a reference trajectory. Less travel distance means having energy loss of the battery and carrying loads less than planned.

Function matrix projective synchronization of non-dissipatively coupled heterogeneous systems with different-dimensional nodes

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2019
This paper regards function matrix projective synchronization of two different non-dissipatively coupled complex dynamical networks for different dimensions and different nodes. In this kind of complex dynamical networks the internal delays are different

Zero Watermarking Using Convolutional Additive Self‐Attention Vision Transformer and Discrete Wavelet Transform‐Variance‐Based Feature Descriptor for Medical Image Security in Mobile Healthcare Services

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A zero‐watermarking algorithm that combines a refined convolutional additive self‐attention vision transformer (CAS‐ViT) with a discrete wavelet transform variance‐based feature descriptor (DVFD) is proposed for protecting the privacy of medical images in mobile healthcare services.

Optimal periodic output feedback control: a continuous-time approach

open access: yes, 2007
: This paper addresses the problem of optimal static output feedback control of linear periodic systems. The proposed approach, which allows to deal with both stable and unstable open loop systems, relies on a continuous-time formulation of the control ...

Lyapunov Inequalities for Systems of Tempered Fractional Differential Equations with Multi-Point Coupled Boundary Conditions via a Fix Point Approach

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
In this paper, we study a system of nonlinear tempered fractional differential equations with multi-point coupled boundary conditions. By applying the properties of Green’s function and the operator and combining the method of matrix analysis, we obtain ...

Qualitative Analysis of Nonlinear Systems by the Method of Matrix Lyapunov Functions

open access: yesRocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics, 1995
The author studies the system (1) \(x'= f(t, x)\) on a domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). He develops the notion of a matrix Lyapunov function as a natural generalization of ordinary scalar and vector Lyapunov functions. The main application is to give sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the origin for a large class of equations which are ...

Construction of Lyapunov function for power system based on solving linear matrix inequality

open access: yesElectrical Engineering in Japan, 2005
AbstractThis paper presents construction of Lyapunov functions for power systems based on solving the Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) derived from the Lyapunov stability theorem considering the dynamics of load characteristic and AVR control system. The proposed Lyapunov function is constructed as a quadratic form of state variables and an integral term
