Computing generalized inverse systems using matrix pencil methods [PDF]
In this very interesting work the numerically reliable computation of: a) the \((1,2)\) or weak inverse, and b) the Moore Penrose inverse, of a general rational matrix is addressed. The most interesting aspect in this work is that it proposes the way to compute stable \((1,2)\) inverses which are very useful in many practical applications.

A Unified Framework From Boltzmann Transport to Proton Treatment Planning
ABSTRACT We develop a unified stochastic–deterministic framework for proton transport in radiotherapy. The deterministic formulation is based on a Boltzmann–Fokker–Planck (BFP) equation with continuous slowing‐down, angular diffusion, and scattering terms, posed in a kinetic variational setting.
