Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Asymptotic Behavior of a Discrete Nonlinear Oscillator with Damping Dynamical System
We propose a new discrete version of nonlinear oscillator with damping dynamical system governed by a general maximal monotone operator. We show the weak convergence of solutions and their weighted averages to a zero of a maximal monotone operator .

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Maximal regularity and Hardy spaces
In this work, we consider the Cauchy problem for $u' - Au = f$ with $A$ the Laplacian operator on some Riemannian manifolds or a sublapacian on some Lie groups or some second order elliptic operators on a domain.

A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

Maximal operators of Fejér means of Walsh-Kaczmarz-Fourier series
The main aim of this paper is to prove that there exists a martingale f∈ H1/2 such that the maximal Fejér operator with respect to Walsh-Kaczmarz system does not belong to the space L1/2.

ABSTRACT Objective Peripheral neuropathies contribute to patient disability but may be diagnosed late or missed altogether due to late referral, limitation of current diagnostic methods and lack of specialized testing facilities. To address this clinical gap, we developed NeuropathAI, an interpretable deep learning–based multiclass classification ...

A Hankel operator $\mathbf{H}_φ$ on the Hardy space $H^2$ of the unit circle with analytic symbol $φ$ has minimal norm if $\|\mathbf{H}_φ\|=\|φ\|_2$ and maximal norm if $\|\mathbf{H}_φ\| = \|φ\|_\infty$. The Hankel operator $\mathbf{H}_φ$ has both minimal and maximal norm if and only if $|φ|$ is constant almost everywhere on the unit circle or ...
