为了研究中链甘油三酯(MCT)对延缓阿尔茨海默病(AD)发生的有效性,分析了MCT在体内的代谢过程,综述了MCT对AD的作用机制,介绍了MCT食品针对AD的应用状况。MCT可能通过抗氧化作用、抗炎作用、减少脑淀粉样蛋白-β沉积、保护线粒体功能以及改善脑能量代谢等方面延缓AD的发生。目前已有基于MCT的食品用于缓解AD患者的病情,如Axona(由MCT组成)、Ketonformula(基于MCT配方的奶粉)等。MCT对AD有一定的改善作用,在日常饮食中合理运用MCT可以延缓AD发生。In order ...
