This work identified CPD3a as a potent, stable C‐nucleoside cordycepin derivative. When formulated into microneedle array for topical treatment, it ameliorated psoriasis by rebalancing immunity and enhancing antioxidant defenses. ABSTRACT Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by immune dysregulation and epidermal hyperplasia ...

A wireless, dual‐responsive hydrogel (PVA/(PVDF‐TrFE)/BiOClBr@PDA) is developed to promote efficient regeneration of infected wounds by integrating piezoelectric stimulation with piezo‐photocatalytic pathways. Under simultaneous light and ultrasonic stimulation, the hydrogel generates therapeutic electrical cues and reactive oxygen species, disrupting ...

An Intravesical Akkermansia muciniphila‐Based Chemo‐Immunotherapeutic Platform for Bladder Cancer
Pasteurized Akkermansia muciniphila is engineered into an intravesical F127/doxorubicin platform that couples localized chemotherapy with immune remodeling. By inducing apoptosis, ferroptosis, and immunogenic cell death, this chemo‐immunotherapeutic system enhances dendritic‐cell maturation, antigen cross‐presentation, and tumor‐specific CD8+ T‐cell ...

Bromodomain protein Brd4 plays a key role in Merkel cell polyomavirus DNA replication.
Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCV or MCPyV) is the first human polyomavirus to be definitively linked to cancer. The mechanisms of MCV-induced oncogenesis and much of MCV biology are largely unexplored.

Detection of Molluscum Contagiosum Virus (MCV) DNA in the Plasma of an Immunocompromised Patient and Possible Reduction of MCV DNA With CMX-001 [PDF]
Molluscum contagiosum virus (MCV) is a poxvirus that causes localized papules in healthy persons. We evaluated a woman with severe immunodeficiency and disseminated MCV. During treatment with CMX-001, an antiviral with activity against other poxviruses, MCV DNA was detected in 20% of plasma samples.
