Stochastic Intermediate Gradient Method for Convex Problems with Inexact Stochastic Oracle [PDF]
In this paper we introduce new methods for convex optimization problems with inexact stochastic oracle. First method is an extension of the intermediate gradient method proposed by Devolder, Glineur and Nesterov for problems with inexact oracle.

Mean convergence of Fourier–Dunkl series
In the context of the Dunkl transform a complete orthogonal system arises in a very natural way. This paper studies the weighted norm convergence of the Fourier series expansion associated to this system. We establish conditions on the weights, in terms of the $A_p$ classes of Muckenhoupt, which ensure the convergence.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

A class of drift-implicit one-step schemes are proposed for the neutral stochastic delay differential equations (NSDDEs) driven by Poisson processes. A general framework for mean-square convergence of the methods is provided.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

ACUTE PERFORMANCE ON A VESTIBULAR AND OCULAR MOTOR SCREENER AND RECOVERY FOLLOWING CONCUSSION
Background: Concussion injuries are synonymous with vestibular impairments and symptoms include dizziness, impaired balance, and problems with gaze stability (Covassin et al., 2014).

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

A New Perspective on the Convergence of Mean-Based Methods for Nonlinear Equations
Many problems in science, engineering, and economics require solving of nonlinear equations, often arising from attempts to model natural systems and predict their behavior.

Rate of convergence of the mean for sub-additive ergodic sequences [PDF]
For sub-additive ergodic processes $\{X_{m,n}\}$ with weak dependence, we analyze the rate of convergence of $\mathbb{E}X_{0,n}/n$ to its limit $g$. We define an exponent $\gamma$ given roughly by $\mathbb{E}X_{0,n} \sim ng + n^\gamma$, and, assuming ...
