Clinical significance of stratifying prostate cancer patients through specific circulating genes
We tested a specific panel of genes representative of luminal, neuroendocrine and stem‐like cells in the blood of prostate cancer patients, showing predictive value from diagnosis to late stages of disease. This approach allows monitoring of treatment responses and outcomes at specific time points in trajectories.

Mean curvature flow without singularities [PDF]
We study graphical mean curvature flow of complete solutions defined on subsets of Euclidean space. We obtain smooth long time existence. The projections of the evolving graphs also solve mean curvature flow. Hence this approach allows to smoothly flow through singularities by studying graphical mean curvature flow with one additional dimension.

Application of Mean Curvature Flow for Surface Parametrizations [PDF]
This is an expository article describing the conformalized mean curvature flow, originally introduced by Kazhdan, Solomon, and Ben-Chen. We are interested in applying mean curvature flow to surface parametrizations. We discuss our own implementation of their algorithm and some limitations.

Mean Curvature Flow with Boundary
We develop a theory of surfaces with boundary moving by mean curvature flow. In particular, we prove a general existence theorem by elliptic regularization, and we prove boundary regularity at all positive times under very mild hypotheses.

Cancer stem cells are associated with aggressive disease, but a deep characterization of such markers is lacking in endometrial cancer. This study uses imaging mass cytometry to explore putative cancer stem cell markers in endometrial tumors and corresponding organoid models.
