A Novel Approach to Speech Enhancement Based on Deep Neural Networks
Minimum mean-square error (MMSE) approaches have been shown to achieve state-of-the-art performance on the task of speech enhancement. However, MMSE approaches lack the ability to accurately estimate non-stationary noise sources.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Robust adaptive beamforming using a Bayesian steering vector error model [PDF]
We propose a Bayesian approach to robust adaptive beamforming which entails considering the steering vector of interest as a random variable with some prior distribution.

Zero root-mean-square error for single- and double-diode photovoltaic models parameter determination [PDF]
The parameter determination based on experimental data aids in providing an accurate assessment for predicting the output current of the PV cells. This may be extremely helpful both practically and theoretically in the PV system simulation, optimization,

Estimating the Reliability Function of (2+1) Cascade Model
This paper discusses reliability R of the (2+1) Cascade model of inverse Weibull distribution. Reliability is to be found when strength-stress distributed is inverse Weibull random variables with unknown scale parameter and known shape parameter.

Abstract A systematic presentation of the “mean squared interpolation error” (MSIE) method for variogram identification is given. The presentation involves a theoretical analysis of the MSIE method under the (realistic) assumption that the parametric variogram model is only an approximation of the true-field variogram.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Minimum intensity error intuitionistic fuzzy contrast enhancement transformation for magnetic resonance images [PDF]
Background: Low contrast in magnetic resonance (MR) images adversely affects the performance of software tools used for its automated analysis. Compared to the traditional crisp transformation functions often used for enhancing the MR images, it is easy ...

Robust Forecasting State Estimation of Power System Based on Square Root UPF [PDF]
In order to solve the problem of poor estimation accuracy and even divergence coused by the covariance matrix of state prediction error in iterative computation of forecasting-aided state estimators, in this study, a robust forecasting-aided state ...
