In‐Depth Profiling Highlights the Effect of Efgartigimod on Peripheral Innate and Adaptive Immune Cells in Myasthenia Gravis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) in a Patient With Compound Heterozygous OPA1 Variants: Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

RADIOGRAPHIC MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES

Neurosurgery, 2008
The evaluation and treatment of spinal deformities begins with the accurate measurement of appropriate spinal parameters. The surgeon must ensure that the patient is positioned properly for all necessary x-ray scans and that the proper studies are completed. The relevant measurements must be identified and recorded for each study.

Family measurement techniques

The American Journal of Family Therapy, 1984
Abstract This is the first issue in which the Family Measurement Techniques section appears in The American Journal of Family Therapy. I hope that you, the readers of the journal. will find it helpful in your clinical work with couples and families. In each issue, instruments, procedures and assessment techniques will be reviewed by clinicians who have

Techniques for measurement

1977
Picosecond optical pulses provide a unique means for studying ultrafast processes associated with the interaction of light with matter. Implementation of these studies has required the development of new measurement techniques capable of picosecond time resolution.

Noise Measurement Technique

2006
The following topics will be considered: Noise characterisation of voltage amplifiers in series. Noise measuring set-up with dc excitation and single ended ac-amplifier or differential amplifier in a bridge configuration. Bias and sample criteria to observe 1/f noise in homogeneous samples submitted to homogeneous fields. Criteria for highest S V value
