The optimal therapeutic approach for relapsed/refractory (R/R) AITL remains therefore uncertain and challenging, with an unmet need for effective treatment options.

Three Cases of Mediastinal Emphysema in Dogs [PDF]

最近遭遇した犬の縦隔気腫の3症例について報告した. 来院時の共通症状は,食欲不振ないし廃絶,呼吸困難(用力性呼吸),チアノーゼなどで, 1例では著しい皮下気腫が認められた.血液所見では,動脈血中の酸素分圧(PO2) の著明な低下が共通して認められた.胸部X線は本疾患の診断に最も有効で,その側面像において,心臓に出入する血管や食道および気管などが,縦隔内の空気貯留のために鮮明に認められた.
