旨在阐明中链甘油三酯产品中的主要副产物甘油二酯类杂质的化学成分,以中链甘油三酯为原料,通过硅胶柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱法分离其中的甘油二酯,并通过核磁谱、质谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱和气相色谱对甘油二酯的结构进行鉴定。结果表明:从中链甘油三酯中分离出6种甘油二酯(DG-1~DG-6),结构依次被鉴定为1,3-二辛酸甘油二酯、1,2-二辛酸甘油二酯、1,3-辛酸癸酸甘油二酯、1,2-辛酸癸酸甘油二酯、1,3-二癸酸甘油二酯、1,2-二癸酸甘油二酯 ...
