A 4‐week synchronous physiotherapist‐supervised telerehabilitation exercise program significantly improves stool form and reduces patient‐reported constipation severity in adults with chronic constipation. These findings highlight synchronous telerehabilitation as an effective, high‐adherence adjunct to education for enhancing gastrointestinal outcomes.
