Keratotic melanocytic nevi were commonly from the trunk of women, and most were associated with an intradermal melanocytic nevus.

When evaluating large or giant nevi, it's important to use a multidisciplinary team and rule out comorbid conditions, such as neurocutaneous melanosis.

Malignant Melanocytic Trichoblastoma
Annals of Plastic Surgery, 2006Trichoblastoma is an uncommon benign cutaneous neoplasm of the hair germ cell. The pigmented variety of the tumor is rare. There have only been a few case reports describing the malignant counterpart of trichoblastoma. There are no reports describing a pigmented variety of malignant trichoblastoma.
