Melnikov method for autonomous Hamiltonians
The web page contains both the dvi and postscript version of the paper. This paper presents the method of applying the Melnikov method to autonomous Hamiltonian systems in dimension four. Besides giving an application to Celestial Mechanics, it discusses

Hölder Regularity of the Solutions of Fredholm Integral Equations on Upper Ahlfors Regular Sets
ABSTRACT We extend to the context of metric measured spaces, with a measure that satisfies upper Ahlfors growth conditions, the validity of (generalized) Hölder continuity results for the solution of a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. Here we note that upper Ahlfors growth conditions include also cases of nondoubling measures.

Continuation of the exponentially small transversality for the splitting of separatrices to a whiskered torus with silver ratio [PDF]
We study the exponentially small splitting of invariant manifolds of whiskered (hyperbolic) tori with two fast frequencies in nearly-integrable Hamiltonian systems whose hyperbolic part is given by a pendulum. We consider a torus whose frequency ratio is

Lectotypifications and taxonomic changes in the holoparasitic Orobanchaceae
Based on further extensive studies of specimens in various herbaria, lectotypes are designated for many taxa of holoparasitic Orobanchaceae. In particular, 47 names in the genera Boschniakia (incl. Xylanche), Cistanche, Orobanche, Phelipanche and Phelypaea are lectotypified.

Macrocycles are effective molecular glues to stabilize the 14‐3‐3/ChREBP interaction. Linker length modulation uncovered an inverse correlation between the macrocycle binding affinity to 14‐3‐3 and its cooperativity in 14‐3‐3/ChREBP stabilization.

Dynamics of Some Perturbed Morse-Type Oscillators: Simulations and Applications
The purpose of this paper is to investigate some Morse-type oscillators. In its original form, it is a model for describing the vibrations of a diatomic molecule.

Bifurcation of Limit Cycles by Perturbing a Piecewise Linear Hamiltonian System
This paper concerns limit cycle bifurcations by perturbing a piecewise linear Hamiltonian system. We first obtain all phase portraits of the unperturbed system having at least one family of periodic orbits.

Constraints on the hadronic light-by-light in the Melnikov-Vainshtein regime
The muon anomalous magnetic moment continues to attract attention due to the possible tension between the experimentally measured value and the theoretical Standard Model prediction.

In the current study, we explore the sensitivity of the actuation dynamics of electromechanical systems on novel materials, e.g., Bi2Se3, which is a well-known 3D Topological Insulator (TI), and compare their response to metallic conductors, e.g., Au ...

Bifurcation curves of subharmonic solutions
We revisit a problem considered by Chow and Hale on the existence of subharmonic solutions for perturbed systems. In the analytic setting, under more general (weaker) conditions, we prove their results on the existence of bifurcation curves from the ...
