Sensitivity analysis of memristors based on emulation techniques
2016 IEEE 59th International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS), 2016Memristors are novel elementary passive circuit elements, which behaves like a resistor with memory. Because of their similar functionalities with synapses in human brain, they are well suited for neuromorphic computation circuits. Noisy signals and parameter spreading are common in biological systems.

A novel resistorless memristor emulator circuit and its implementation of chaotic Jerk system
This work presents a novel resistorless memristor emulator circuit designed in both grounded and floating configurations. The grounded memristor consists of a Current-Controlled Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (CC-CCTA) and a capacitor.

Incremental Grounded Voltage Controlled Memristor Emulator
2018 30th International Conference on Microelectronics (ICM), 2018Memristor has become an interesting research subject in the recent years. Its special behavior has attracted the attention of the research community that motivated researchers to investigate it in details. As memristor is a relatively new electrical element, it is not yet available in the market as a solid state component Researchers found their way to

Memristor Mathematical Models and Emulators
2015This chapter introduces different generalized mathematical classes of memristors which can be categorized as: continuous symmetrical models (current and voltage controlled emulators), continuous nonsymmetrical model, switched-memristor model, and fractional-order model with some experimental results.

Memristor Models and Emulators: A Literature Review
2020With the introduction of HP’s proposed design of a memristive device, there has been a surge of interest to perform different theoretical and experimental works on memristor. However, due to the lack of a commercially available device or a validated academic prototype of a memristive device, researchers are relying on different circuit-based emulators ...

Simple Current-Controlled Memristor Emulators
2020This chapter introduces three simple emulator circuits for the current-controlled memristor models. The proposed circuits consist of exponential amplifier, second-generation current conveyor (CCII), diode-connected transistors, and some passive elements to achieve the hysteresis behavior of the memristor in the I-V plane.

Properties of one type memristor emulator
2018 28th International Conference Radioelektronika (RADIOELEKTRONIKA), 2018In this paper the one type of memristor emulator is described. The memmristor emulator consists of operational amplifiers, multipliers and negative resistor. The voltage-current characteristics, time responses and application of presented memristor in Wien bridge chaotic oscillator were simulated and constructed results are described in paper. The main
