Bilateral Vocal Cord Paralysis Following Influenza A: Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
Flexible nasal endoscopy demonstrating bilateral vocal cord paralysis (BVCP) in the paramedian position. The left image demonstrates a glottic gap between the vocal cords (white arrows) in the maximally adducted position (patient saying “eeee”). Extranodal Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma Responding Rapidly to Zanubrutinib: A Case Series

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Management of recurrent or atypical lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma poses a significant therapeutic challenge. Here we demonstrate a case series of three patients with atypical presentations of extranodal lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma that each show remarkable and timely responses to Zanubrutinib with a limited side effect profile.

Anatomo‐Electro‐Clinical Features of Parietal Lobe Epilepsy: Insights From Scalp Video‐Electroencephalography

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 1, January 2026.
Interictal and ictal discharges in lateral superior parietal lobule epilepsy are predominantly recorded in centroparietal region electrodes. The initial ictal semiology of different parietal lobe epilepsy subregions is distinct and specific, with minimal overlap, reflecting early propagation networks.

Therapeutic Hypothermia Alleviates Hydrocephalus and Neurological Dysfunction Post Intraventricular Hemorrhage by Enhancing Drainage of Glymphatic‐Meningeal Lymphatic‐Deep Cervical Lymphatic System

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 1, January 2026.
TH is expected to be a novel therapeutic strategy for hydrocephalus and neurological dysfunction post IVH. TH alleviates hydrocephalus post IVH by enhancing drainage of the glymphatic‐meningeal lymphatic‐deep cervical lymphatic system, which is the connection between the central nervous system and peripheral lymphatic system.
