In‐Operando 4D‐STEM and STEM‐EBIC Imaging of Electric Fields and Charge Carrier Behavior in Biased Silicon p–n Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 5, 9 March 2026.
This work presents a study of how 4D‐STEM centre of mass measurements and STEM‐EBIC can be used to map the positions, directions, and strengths of electric fields in semiconductor devices. The contrast mechanisms of both techniques are tested and compared with simulations to build a robust analysis of an in situ device in the electron microscope ...

Carbonized Structures With Controlled Pore Direction for Improved CO2 Capturing Using Bio‐Nanofibers

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study introduces a method to fabricate hierarchical carbon structures with controlled pore orientation from cellulose, chitin, and chitosan bio‐nanofibers. Using directional freeze‐casting and pyrolysis, centimeter‐scale free‐standing carbons with 100 nm walls were obtained.

A Consensual Qualitative Research Study of School Counseling Site Supervisors' Group Work Supervision

open access: yesCounselor Education and Supervision, Volume 65, Issue 1, Page 76-85, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Group work is a critical tool for school counselors. In this Consensual Qualitative Research, we used semistructured interviews with 13 school counseling site supervisors to explore influences on their group work supervision. We found supervisors were informed by historical backgrounds, school contexts, approaches to group work, and approaches

IrO2 Supported on TiC and Ti2AlC for Improved Oxygen Evolution Reaction Performances for Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer

open access: yesChemNanoMat, Volume 12, Issue 3, March 2026.
The high performance of the IrO2 catalyst in the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) positions it as a compelling catalyst for the proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer (PEMWE) applications. However, the high cost of IrO2 limits its application in PEMWE, necessitating a reduction in catalyst loading. This research aims to explore how transition metal
