Hydrogelation via Supramolecular Copolymerization of Structural Water within Adaptive Metal–Organic Fibers

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Structural water is harnessed as an active co‐monomer to drive supramolecular polymerization in bulk water. Zinc(II) Salphen complexes confine water molecules to form hollow, metal–organic nanofibers that assemble into adaptive hydrogels with thermoresponsive mechanics and selective chiral recognition.

Scalable and Multifunctional PAN‐MXene Composite Fibers for Thermal Management, Photothermal Conversion, Energy Harvesting, and Sensing for Wearable Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Electrospun PAN‐MXene nanofibers and yarns integrate enhanced thermal conductivity, photothermal conversion, and triboelectric energy harvesting within a flexible architecture. Interconnected MXene networks promote efficient phonon transport, while their surface chemistry strengthens tribo‐negative behavior, enabling a high power density of 432.7 mW m ...

Roll‐to‐Roll Manufacturing of Flexible Thermoelectric Semiconductors Using Low‐Level Direct‐Current Sputtering

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Roll‐to‐roll direct‐current sputtering enables room‐temperature manufacture of flexible bismuth telluride thermoelectric films. By identifying a low‐power deposition window that suppresses charge‐induced arcing, this work links sputtering conditions to film structure, charge transport, and thermoelectric performance, achieving a room‐temperature figure

Arthur–Merlin streaming complexity [PDF]

open access: yesInformation and Computation, 2013
We study the power of Arthur–Merlin probabilistic proof systems in the data stream model. We show a canonical AM streaming algorithm for a class of data stream problems. The algorithm offers a tradeoff between the length of the proof and the space complexity that is needed to verify it.As an application, we give an AM streaming algorithm for the ...
