Oxygen‐releasing immunomodulatory microspheres are used to construct conformal bone organoid units that enhance osteogenesis, angiogenesis, and immune regulation. By integrating BMSCs, macrophages, and CaO₂‐HAp into a SilMA‐based hydrogel platform, this strategy provides sustained oxygen supply and anti‐inflammatory microenvironments, leading to ...

Peripheral nerve injury necessitates alternatives to autografts. This study combines magnetic nanoparticles, oriented PCL fibers, and Ppy to create a conductive, magnetically active scaffold. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated enhanced downstream pathways of calcium signaling, as revealed by transcriptome analysis.

A Complementarity‐Based Approach to De Novo Binder Design
A novel method for surface complementarity detection (HECTOR) enables highly efficient docking and design of protein interfaces. Applied to therapeutically relevant targets, this method yields de novo binders with potent antagonistic activity. As a first‐principles approach, HECTOR offers a training‐free solution to the binder design problem and is ...

Progastrin Promotes Colorectal Cancer Stem Cell‐Like Properties via the Receptor PZR
The tumor microenvironment supports colorectal cancer (CRC) progression by maintaining cancer stem cells (CSCs) through progastrin (PG). This study identifies Protein Zero‐Related protein (PZR) as an essential receptor for PG activity, promoting CSC‐like signaling via SHP2/SRC/β‐catenin.
