Successful Management of Septic Splenitis in an Abyssinian Cat
A 3.5‐year‐old female neutered Abyssinian with pyrexia of unknown origin and splenomegaly was diagnosed with septic splenitis. Evaluation of White Blood Cell Ratios in Newly Diagnosed Multicentric Lymphoma in Dogs
Neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte and platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratios were significantly higher, whereas the monocyte‐to‐lymphocyte ratio was lower, in dogs with lymphoma compared to healthy controls at diagnosis. These findings suggest that CBC‐derived inflammatory ratios may reflect tumour‐associated systemic inflammation in canine lymphoma. ABSTRACT Background

Primary ureteral undifferentiated sarcoma with rapid intra‐abdominal recurrence in a dog
Abstract A 3‐year‐old female spayed puli was presented for trembling, lethargy, panting and anorexia. An abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a mass arising from the right ureter. Peritoneal effusion was detected and confirmed to be uroabdomen. A right ureteronephrectomy was performed.
