Single‐Cell Dissection of Tumor‐Infiltrating Lymphocytes Reveals Cellular Architecture Predictive of Therapeutic Efficacy in Acral Melanoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Optimal Grazing Exclusion Duration to Enhance Soil Carbon Sequestration in Degraded Grasslands

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Across China, grazing exclusion reaches the national mean soil organic carbon recovery benchmark sooner in high‐MAP regions (> 500 mm), but recovery is much slower where MAP < 300 mm. Scaling this strategy to 70% of China's degraded grasslands would sequester about 1.52 Pg of soil carbon over 10 years—roughly 17% of annual global fossil‐fuel emissions.

ALKBH3 m1A Demethylase Deficiency Reduces Alzheimer's Amyloid‐β Pathology

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies that ALKBH3‐driven m1A demethylation orchestrates Alzheimer's disease progression by disrupting mitochondrial and synaptic homeostasis. This epitranscriptomic mechanism suppresses PINK1‐mediated mitophagy via m1A erasure, leading to mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, elevated Aβ production, and impaired microglial ...
