系统综述了基于数值仿真计算技术在金属氧化物避雷器(metal-oxide surge arresters,MOA)研究中的应用发展。共分3个方面:1)基于等效电路模型的数值仿真计算;2)基于电、机械与热的两或多物理量(场)耦合的金属氧化物电阻片(metal-oxide surge varistor,MOV)数值仿真计算;3)整只MOA的电场、温度场或多物理场耦合的数值仿真计算。对于MOV的建模和仿真计算,将来主要的努力方向是改进数学计算模型,以便可以描述ZnO晶界与时间和温度相关的特性 ...
