Dianci bileiqi, 2011 MOV型SPD在运行时,一些因素会使MOV启动后的电流过大,电流发热量超出MOV热容量就会使SPD失效。国家标准中热稳定实验考查的就是MOV对于这种热量累积的耐受程度。对国家标准中关于MOV（Metal Oxide Varistor）型SPD（Surge Protective Device）的热稳定性判断条件进行试验和分析,对比了直流和交流电压两种情况下的热量累积并设计试验。把直流电和交流电热累积统一到"热阻"的概念,试验表明,直流电造成的SPD发热量比交流电造成的SPD发热量大10%。
