Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.Phosphorus doped Si nanowires (SiNWs), grown directly on Cu using the hot‐wire‐assisted VLS method, show remarkable improvements in Li‐ion battery anode and supercapacitor performance. Morphological changes and optimal doping improve capacity retention, rate capability, and areal capacitance.

Copper shows faster virus inactivation due to higher ion release, while Cu‐30Ni offers better aesthetic durability.
