Poisson brackets method in ferrohydrodynamics

open access: yesPhysics Procedia, 2010
AbstractThe dynamics of ideal ferrofluids with internal rotation and frozen-in magnetization is discussed on the basis of Poisson brackets method. The magnetization relaxation equation is derived from requirement of irreversible thermodynamics that the local rate of entropy production is positive for arbitrary field deficiency.

Clinical Tips for Rotation Correction in Self-ligating Brackets

open access: yesJournal of Indian Orthodontic Society
The use of self-ligating brackets is becoming increasingly popular in modern orthodontic practice. However, one of the major downsides of self-ligating brackets is the lack of rotational control, which is typically achieved using rotation wedges in ...

Analytic Expressions for Debye Functions and the Heat Capacity of a Solid

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
Analytic expressions for the N-dimensional Debye function are obtained by the method of brackets. The new expressions are suitable for the study of heat capacity of solids and the analysis of the asymptotic behavior of this function, both in the high and
