Clinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 10, October 2025.ABSTRACT We report a rare case of hyperparathyroidism due to parathyroid adenoma causing hypercalcemia, presenting as a generalized prolonged seizure on the seventh postpartum day mimicking eclampsia. Eclampsia developing on the seventh postpartum day in a woman without features of impending eclampsia is rare.
