Fault-Tolerant Edge Metric Dimension of Zero-Divisor Graphs of Commutative Rings
In recent years, the intersection of algebraic structures and graph-theoretic concepts has developed significant interest, particularly through the study of zero-divisor graphs derived from commutative rings.

Fault-Tolerant Metric Dimension of Interconnection Networks
A fixed interconnection parallel architecture is characterized by a graph, with vertices corresponding to processing nodes and edges representing communication links.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

The metric dimension of circulant graphs [PDF]
A pair of vertices \(x\) and \(y\) in a graph \(G\) are said to be resolved by a vertex \(w\) if the distance from \(x\) to \(w\) is not equal to the distance from \(y\) to \(w\).

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Metric Dimensions Of Graphs [PDF]
In this article, some kinds of triple belongs to metric dimensions are defined. Some classes of graphs in the matter of these kinds, are studied and the relation amid these kinds are considered. The kind of having equivalency amid these notions and some classes of graphs, is obtained.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

A Metric Characterizing Cech Dimension Zero [PDF]
In this paper we prove the following: a metrizable space ( X , τ ) (X,\tau ) has (Čech) dimension zero if and only if there is a metric for X X , generating the topology τ \tau , taking values in some subset of the nonnegative real numbers with 0 as its only cluster
