The Continuity Method to Deform Cone Angle
The continuity method is used to deform the cone angle of a weak conical K\"ahler-Einstein metric with cone singularities along a smooth anti-canonical divisor on a smooth Fano manifold.

Metrically regular square of metrically regular bipartite graphs of diameter $D = 7$ [PDF]
Summary: The present paper deals with the spectra of powers of metrically regular graphs. We prove that there is only two tables of the parameters of an association scheme so that the corresponding metrically regular bipartite graph of diameter \(D=7\) (8 distinct eigenvalues of the adjacency matrix) has the metrically regular square.

Fractional Maximal Functions in Metric Measure Spaces
We study the mapping properties of fractional maximal operators in Sobolev and Campanato spaces in metric measure spaces. We show that, under certain restrictions on the underlying metric measure space, fractional maximal operators improve the Sobolev ...

Local convergence of quasi-Newton methods under metric regularity [PDF]
We consider quasi-Newton methods for generalized equations in Banach spaces under metric regularity and give a sufficient condition for q-linear convergence.

Higher regularity for singular Kähler–Einstein metrics
We study singular Kähler-Einstein metrics that are obtained as non-collapsed limits of polarized Kähler-Einstein manifolds. Our main result is that if the metric tangent cone at a point is locally isomorphic to the germ of the singularity, then the metric converges to the metric on its tangent cone at a polynomial rate on the level of Kähler potentials.

Local linear approach: Conditional density estimate for functional and censored data
Let YY be a random real response, which is subject to right censoring by another random variable CC. In this paper, we study the nonparametric local linear estimation of the conditional density of a scalar response variable and when the covariable takes ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

In this study, we examine the Generalized Equations' subregularity in Asplund spaces utilizing a novel approach. We obtain sufficient conditions for a family of multifunctions to be metrically subregular which are stronger than the known sufficient ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

On RG-spaces and the regularity degree
We continue the study of a lattice-ordered ring G(X), associated with the ring C(X). Following, X is called RG when G(X) = C(Xδ). An RG-space must have a dense set of very weak P-points.
