Metric-affine bumblebee gravity: classical aspects
We consider the metric-affine formulation of bumblebee gravity, derive the field equations, and show that the connection can be written as Levi-Civita of a disformally related metric in which the bumblebee field determines the disformal part.

Fixed point theorems in a new type of modular metric spaces
In this paper, considering both a modular metric space and a generalized metric space in the sense of Jleli and Samet (Fixed Point Theory Appl. 2015:61, 2015), we introduce a new concept of generalized modular metric space.

Fixed Point Theory in $varepsilon$-connected Orthogonal Metric Space [PDF]
The existence of fixed point in orthogonal metric spaces has been initiated by Eshaghi and et. al [7]. In this paper, we prove existence and uniqueness theorem of fixed point for mappings on $varepsilon$-connected orthogonal metric space.

A Theory for Interpolation of Metric Spaces
In this work, we develop an interpolation theory for metric spaces inspired by the real method of interpolation. These interpolation spaces preserve Lipschitz operators under certain conditions.

Discrete homology theory for metric spaces [PDF]
In this paper we define and study a notion of discrete homology theory for metric spaces. Instead of working with simplicial homology, our chain complexes are given by Lipschitz maps from an $n$-dimensional cube to a fixed metric space. We prove that the resulting homology theory verifies a discrete analogue of the Eilenberg-Steenrod axioms, and prove ...

Generalizations of Hyperconvex Metric Spaces
Since Khamsi found a KKM theorem for hyperconvex metric spaces in 1996, there have appeared a large number of works on them related to the KKM theory.

Simulation functions on metric fixed point theory
This paper aims to generalize the primary result of Khojasteh et al. by introducing and expanding the concept of simulation functions and weak ζ-contractions under weaker conditions.

Revisiting Probabilistic Metric Spaces
The field of probabilistic metric spaces has an intrinsic interest based on a blend of ideas drawn from metric space theory and probability theory. The goal of the present paper is to introduce and study new ideas in this field.

Double Controlled Partial Metric Type Spaces and Convergence Results
In this paper, we firstly propose the notion of double controlled partial metric type spaces, which is a generalization of controlled metric type spaces, partial metric spaces, and double controlled metric type spaces.
