Three‐Dimensional Influence of Photobiomodulation on Adipose‐Derived Stem Cell Behavior

open access: yesJournal of Biophotonics, EarlyView.
Photobiomodulation (PBM) at 825 nm is evaluated on adipose‐derived stem cells cultured in 2D and 3D models. PBM enhanced cell viability and proliferation, with 5 J/cm2 showing strong effects in 2D, and 10 J/cm2 in 3D spheroids. Results show 3D provides a more physiologically relevant platform for assessing PBM‐induced regenerative responses.

The Role of Viral and Bacterial Infections in the Etiology of Behçet's Disease

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
Bacterial and viral pathogens may play a key role in Behçet's disease (BD) pathogenesis by triggering autoimmunity, molecular mimicry, or microbiome disruption. These infectious agents could initiate inflammatory pathways, contributing to BD's diverse clinical manifestations.
