Atlas of Brain Glucose Metabolism Using Deuterium Metabolic Imaging at 3 T
ABSTRACT Purpose Deuterium metabolic imaging (DMI) offers noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)–based assessment of metabolism in vivo, making it a relevant paraclinical tool for diseases with neurological metabolic alterations. This study aimed to establish a normative reference atlas of brain glucose metabolism accounting for age and sex ...

Quantitative In Vivo Imaging of ATP Dynamics in Drosophila Using the Ratiometric Biosensor QUEEN
ABSTRACT Genetically encoded ATP biosensors enable monitoring of cellular energy status, but their application in multicellular organisms remains limited. QUEEN is a ratiometric ATP biosensor consisting of a bacterial ATP‐binding protein fused to a circularly permuted fluorescent protein and has been primarily validated in cultured cells.

Family quality‐of‐life burden in chronic spontaneous urticaria: A multicentre study
Poor control of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) significantly worsens family members' quality of life, especially in emotional, physical, and social domains. Higher disease severity was linked to increased caregiving burden and household expenditures, highlighting the need for family‐centred CSU care and support across diverse global populations ...

Wavelength and Polarization Multiplexed Nonlocal Metasurface for Quantitative Phase Microscopy
A nonlocal metasurface with wavelength and polarization multiplexed optical transfer functions is demonstrated for performing quantitative phase imaging. The metasurface uses the angular dispersion of optical routing guided mode resonances to extract phase gradient information along different directions for phase retrieval. ABSTRACT Imaging transparent
