Micro-coil with movable core for application in an inductive displacement sensor
Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, 1999A new concept for a micro-coil is presented. The micro-coil will be used as a sensor that measures the flexion of fingers. For this purpose several micro-coils are mounted on a data glove. Though the coil is fabricated by means of silicon bulk micromachining it is possible to move an iron core through the coil without destroying the windings.

Abstract A new approach to in situ analysis of the composition of photosensitive metal halide perovskite-based materials for gas sensor has been developed. The concentration of Cs, Pb, Br and I in the ZnO layer was determined by in situ micro X-ray fluorescence method using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for calibration.

A Non-contact Inductive Position Sensor For Use In Micro Machines
Proceedings of the International Solid-State Sensors and Actuators Conference - TRANSDUCERS '95, 2005Al need has arisen in research on micro machines for mi cro position sensors which are less affected by scaling laws than existing capacitive sensors. This paper de- scribes the development and operation of a non-contact inductive position sensor for use in micro magnetic bearings.

A micro inductance sensor model based on the software of Maxwell to detect the debris in oil is presented. The model is built to study the detecting performance of sensors with different turns and enwinding styles. It can be demonstrated that the planar coil with 15 turns has a better sensitivity to detecting metal debris with about 100 micro meters in

Sensitive magneto-inductive effect in amorphous wires using high-pass filter and micro field sensor
IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 1994A highly sensitive magneto-inductive effect was found in amorphous wires using a high-pass filter observing the variation of the frequency spectrum of an induced voltage waveform between both ends of the wire before and after applying an external field.
