Network Analysis of Microarray Data
DNA microarrays are widely used to investigate gene expression. Even though the classical analysis of microarray data is based on the study of differentially expressed genes, it is well known that genes do not act individually. Network analysis can be applied to study association patterns of the genes in a biological system.

Technical Analysis of cDNA Microarrays
There is extensive variation in gene expression among individuals within and between populations. Accurate measures of the variation in mRNA expression using microarrays can be confounded by technical variation, which includes variation in RNA isolation procedures, day of hybridization and methods used to amplify and dye label RNA for hybridization. In ...

Physics-based analysis of Affymetrix microarray data
We analyze publicly available data on Affymetrix microarrays spike-in experiments on the human HGU133 chipset in which sequences are added in solution at known concentrations. The spike-in set contains sequences of bacterial, human and artificial origin.

Microarray Analysis of Gene Expression in Chondrosarcoma Cells Stimulated with Bee Venom

Functional Profiling of Human MeCP2 by Automated Data Comparison Analysis and Computerized Expression Pathway Modeling [PDF]
ObjectivesMethyl-CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) is a ubiquitous epigenetic factor that represses gene expression by modifying chromatin. Mutations in the MeCP2 gene cause Rett syndrome, a progressive neurodevelopmental disorder.

LncRNA RP11-59J16.2 aggravates apoptosis and increases tau phosphorylation by targeting MCM2 in AD
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of central nervous system with unclear pathogenesis, accounting for 60%–70% of dementia cases. Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) play an important function in the development of AD.
