Evaluating Cytocompatibility of Corynebacterium glutamicum‐poly Vinyl Alcohol Living Biomaterials for Ocular Use

In ophthalmology, living biomaterials such as living contact lenses appear promising for sustained drug delivery or biosensing. The cytocompatibility of Cg‐PVA hydrogels, developed as a model living contact lens, is investigated with the ocular surface, showing their potential translation to the clinic.

Skin‐Interfaced Therapeutic Patches for Wound Fluid Management and Transdermal Drug Delivery

This study presents an integrated skin‐interfaced device combining microfluidics, hydrogel film technology, flexible electronics, and iontophoresis‐based transdermal delivery of PDRN to enhance wound healing. Metal–Organic Framework‐Based Antimicrobial Touch Surfaces to Prevent Cross‐Contamination

A MOF‐based antimicrobial door handle cover is developed.
