A microfluidic method is presented which enables parallelized fabrication of rod‐shaped microgels, based on step‐emulsification (SE) droplet generation and subsequent droplet distribution and confinement, combined in a single device. Microgel rods are fabricated in parallel at different flow rates based on two light‐mediated crosslinking chemistries ...

Finger-triggered portable PDMS suction cup for equipment-free microfluidic pumping
This study presents a finger-triggered portable polydimethylsiloxane suction cup that enables equipment-free microfluidic pumping. The key feature of this method is that its operation only involves a “pressing-and-releasing” action for the cup placed at ...

This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.
