Micromachining of silicon carbide using femtosecond lasers [PDF]
We have demonstrated micromachining of bulk 3C silicon carbide (3C- SiC) wafers by employing 1028nm wavelength femtosecond laser pulses of energy less than 10 nJ directly from a femtosecond laser oscillator, thus eliminating the need for an amplified ...

Autonomous and Communicative Microcapsule Systems for Life‐Like Homeostatic pH Regulation
A dual‐microcapsule system mimicking biological homeostasis is developed, enabling programmable pH oscillations through antagonistic enzymatic feedback. Monodisperse urease and esterase capsules, produced via hybrid‐junction 3D‐printed microfluidics with epoxy‐modified channels, exhibit adaptive shell permeability and inter‐capsule communication.
