Nine-Axis Sensor for Athlete Physical Training Load Characteristics. [PDF]

open access: yesContrast Media Mol Imaging, 2022
In order to understand the characteristic data of athletes’ training load, a method based on nine‐axis sensor was proposed. Twenty‐seven male college athletes were tested twice with a time interval of more than 48 hours. In part 1, participants take the 1 Repetition Maximum (1RM) test.

Facile Handling of 3D Two‐Photon Polymerized Microstructures by Ultra‐Conformable Freestanding Polymeric Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 33, Issue 39, September 26, 2023., 2023
The applicability of direct laser writing by two‐photon polymerization (2PP) is extended to non‐planar substrates. The presented technique transfers 2PP 3D structures to complex surfaces by exploiting polymeric ultra‐thin films which serve both as a sacrificial supporting layer and a final conformal adhesive on targeted interfaces.

Sleep regularity in healthy adolescents: Associations with sleep duration, sleep quality, and mental health

open access: yesJournal of Sleep Research, Volume 32, Issue 4, August 2023., 2023
Summary Current evidence points to the importance of sleep for adolescent physical and mental health. To date, most studies have examined the association between sleep duration/quality and health in adolescence. An emerging line of research suggests that regularity in the timing of sleep may also play an important role in well‐being.
