Binary‐to‐Ternary Reconfigurable Transistors Using Plasma‐Assisted MoS2
A binary‐to‐ternary reconfigurable transistor is demonstrated using a dual‐gated molybdenum disulfide homojunction with localized O2 plasma treatment. The device exhibits on/intermediate and intermediate/off current ratios of 102 and 104, respectively, and the intermediate state is electrically tunable in the ternary mode.

A scalable, solution‐processed WSe2/ZrO2‐x van der Waals heterostructure realizes a light‐induced field‐tunneling synapse (LIFTS) that activates exclusively under bright illumination, emulating the photopic adaptation of the human retina at the device level.

Superstructure formation and faceting in the Cu(210)-O system studied by scanning tunneling microscopy [PDF]
The interaction of O on Cu(210) has been investigated by scanning tunneling microscopy. Adsorption at room temperature followed by high-temperature annealing leads to a series of mesoscopic superstructures ordered on different length scales ranging ...

We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). HPMC improves thermal stability, while an optimized ISL enhances EC performance.

Investigation of individual donors in silicon at cryogenic temperature with atomic-scale resolution for atomic electronic devices [PDF]
There is an urgent need for characterisation of group V donors in silicon necessary for the development of quantum information processing (QIP) devices, and my PhD work has been contributed towards this objective.

Exchange‐Coupled Two‐Dimensional MOFs
Graphene mediates ferromagnetic coupling between two‐dimensional metal‐organic frameworks and cobalt. Fe‐tetracyanobenzene develops a remanent magnetic response whose orientation follows the cobalt magnetization direction and persists up to room temperature, whereas Ni‐TCNB remains only field‐polarized.

Terthiophene on Au(111): A scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy study
Terthiophene (3T) molecules adsorbed on herringbone (HB) reconstructed Au(111) surfaces in the low coverage regime were investigated by means of low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spectroscopy (STS) under ultra-high vacuum conditions.
