New driving parameters for diamond deposition reactors: pulsed mode versus continuous mode
Experimental investigation and modeling of pulsed H2/CH4 plasmas used for diamond deposition are presented. Two plasma configurations are studied : a 2.45 GHz microwave cavity configuration and a 915 MHz surface-wave configuration.

Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Laser‐assisted synthesis enables rapid (within 1 h) and high‐yield (≥90%) production of Co‐MOFs with mesoporous structures, tunable magnetic and optical properties, and efficient adsorption of N2, CH4, and CO2 for low‐energy gas separation. DFT calculations elucidate the electronic structure and adsorption behavior.

Microwave Generation of Harmonics in Plasma Resonance
By taking account of plasma oscillations and a spatial variation of electron density and solving the nonlinear Boltzmann and the Poisson equations by the perturbation method, the harmonic components of the distribution function of electrons, the intensity of inner electric field of plasma and the discharge current density are found in the case of ...
