Using probabilistic fuzzy models for the prediction of functional failures of microwave LSI with radiation exposure [PDF]
The article presents an analysis of microwave LSI behavior under radiation exposure at the functional-logical level of description. The analysis is based on fuzzy digital automaton and topological probabilistic models of workability assessment.

Quantum dynamics of crystals of molecular nanomagnets inside a resonant cavity [PDF]
It is shown that crystals of molecular nanomagnets exhibit enhanced magnetic relaxation when placed inside a resonant cavity. Strong dependence of the magnetization curve on the geometry of the cavity has been observed, providing evidence of the coherent

Ultrasmall Platinum Nanoparticles for Radiation‐Enhanced Cancer Therapy
This work proposes a nanomedicine‐based strategy to enhance X‐ray radiotherapy for cancer treatment. Ultrasmall Pt‐NPs exhibit catalase‐like activity that may contribute to modulation of the tumor microenvironment and amplify interactions between radiation and biological matter, leading to increased DNA damage.

Directed transport born from chaos in asymmetric antidot structures
It is shown that a polarized microwave radiation creates directed transport in an asymmetric antidot superlattice in a two dimensional electron gas. A numerical method is developed that allows to establish the dependence of this ratchet effect on several

Multi-photon transitions between energy levels in a current-biased Josephson tunnel junction [PDF]
The escape of a small current-biased Josephson tunnel junction from the zero voltage state in the presence of weak microwave radiation is investigated experimentally at low temperatures.
