Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

BB-graph: büyük çizge veritabanlarını sorgulamak için yeni bir altçizge eşyapılılık algoritması. [PDF]
With the emergence of the big data concept, the big graph database model has become very popular since it provides very flexible and quick querying for the cases that require costly join operations in RDBMs.

On the Set Chromatic Number of the Middle Graph of Extended Stars and Related Tree Families [PDF]
Suppose G is a simple, undirected, finite, nontrivial, and connected graph and that c: V (G) → N is a vertex coloring, not necessarily proper, of G. As introduced by Chartrand et al., c is called a set coloring of G if NC(u) ≠ NC(v) for every pair of ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Supporting Middle School Students’ Understanding of Time-Series Data With Graph Comparisons
After participating in an afterschool program where they used the Common Online Data Analysis Platform (CODAP) to study time-series data about infectious diseases, four middle school students were interviewed to determine how they understood features of ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Lattice Structures in Finite Graph Topologies [PDF]
In his 2005 dissertation, Antoine Vella studied the relationships between hypergraphsand a topological space defined using graph-theoretical concepts called the classicaltopology.
