Der Hautarzt, 2003Ein 36-jahriger Patient in reduziertem Allgemeinzustand wurde zur diagnostischen Abklarung eines seit mehreren Monaten bestehenden schmerzhaften Ulkus an der Zungenspitze stationar aufgenommen. Der Tuberkulin-Tine-Test war positiv. In Sputum, Magensaft sowie in Ulkusabstrichen wurde kulturell Mycobacterium tuberculosis nachgewiesen.
