Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

A Hybrid High-Order method for Leray-Lions elliptic equations on general meshes
In this work, we develop and analyze a Hybrid High-Order (HHO) method for steady non-linear Leray-Lions problems. The proposed method has several assets, including the support for arbitrary approximation orders and general polytopal meshes.

Parametric Analysis of Spiking Neurons in 16 nm Fin Field‐Effect Transistor Technology
Energy efficient computing has driven a shift toward brain‐inspired neuromorphic hardware. This study explores the design of three distinct silicon neuron topologies implemented in 16 nm fin field‐Effect transistor technology. While the Axon‐Hillock design achieves gigahertz throughput, its functional fragility persists. The Morris–Lecar model captures

A Stress/Displacement Virtual Element Method for Plane Elasticity Problems
The numerical approximation of 2D elasticity problems is considered, in the framework of the small strain theory and in connection with the mixed Hellinger-Reissner variational formulation. A low-order Virtual Element Method (VEM) with a-priori symmetric

Discrete embeddings for Lagrangian and Hamiltonian systems
The general topic of the present paper is to study the conservation for some structural property of a given problem when discretising this problem. Precisely we are interested with Lagrangian or Hamiltonian structures and thus with variational problems ...

Cyanated carbon dots (CN‐CDs) are synthesized by the hydrothermal method with carboxymethyl cellulose and cyanobenzoic acid, and CD‐CTN is obtained in situ via cyclotrimerization of CN‐CDs. CD‐CTN possesses excellent photothermal catalytic H2O2 production in seawater, and desalted H2O2 could be obtained, which demonstrates the practical application for

Becoming Dostoevsky (how Rowan Williams opens up Bakhtin)
Abstract With the end of Communism in Russia, non‐materialist contexts were enthusiastically restored to Mikhail Bakhtin's globally famous ideas of carnival, dialogism, and polyphony. This essay surveys Rowan Williams's 2008 study Dostoevsky: Language, Faith + Fiction as a major contribution to this effort, concentrating on those general philosophical ...
