Clinical intramuscular thymus transplantation yields only short‐lived efficacy and marginal therapeutic benefits. Benefiting from the spleen's intrinsic strengths—rapid vascular perfusion, abundant developmental factors, and resident progenitors—the intrasplenic thymic grafts achieve robust thymic regeneration and substantial T‐cell reconstitution ...

Bridging Horizontal to Vertical Radiative Cooling
Radiative cooling materials are mature but only work facing the sky, confining them to rooftops. Instead of developing new ones, this system bridges existing horizontal coolers to vertical windows using blades outside the glass. On an occupied urban building, windows stay up to 1.4°C below air temperature while preserving daylight, outward views, and ...

Mesenchymal GSCs preferentially uptake palmitic acid, thereby promoting ZDHHC12‐mediated LDHA palmitoylation. This modification enhances LDHA enzymatic activity, drives glycolytic reprogramming, and facilitates exosomal LDHA‐mediated TAM regulation.

Targeting the YAP‐BST2 Axis Overcomes Intrinsic Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance in Metastatic Gastric Cancer
Concurrent YAP hyperactivation and Tp53 loss in Atp4b‐expressed parietal cell lineage drives gastric cancer initiation, multi‐organ metastasis, and intrinsic resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. BST2 emerges as a direct YAP‐TEAD transcriptional target that engages PIRA2 on myeloid cells to establish an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Hybrid electro‐thermochromic smart windows are developed for dynamic climate control by integrating a redox‐matched black electrochromic gel with a paraffin‐based thermochromic film. This synergistic combination enables multimodal solar modulation, where photothermal heating from the electrochromic layer triggers thermochromic activation at lower ...

Comparison of Mine Ventilation Simulation Software
Ventilation network modeling in mine planning dates back at least three decades, but it is not widely accepted and/or practiced until the last decade, thanks to the advent of modern computers with their increase d speed and storage space.

Optimisation of Mine Ventilation Networks Using the Lagrangian Algorithm for Equality Constraints
This work presents a new method of mine ventilation network optimisation as standard non-linear programming problem and discusses the use of a novel first-order Lagrangian (FOL) algorithm for equality constraints as a solution tool for these problems ...

Sepsis‑induced pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome suppresses FOXF1 in lung endothelial cells which causes life‐threatening lung damage. To counter this, researchers developed nanoparticles that specifically target these cells and deliver FOXF1 mRNA.
