Minimum G2-aberration for nonregular fractional factorial designs
Deng and Tang proposed generalized resolution and minimum aberration criteria for comparing and assessing nonregular fractional factorials, of which Plackett - Burman designs are special cases.

core
Deng and Tang (1999) and Tang and Deng (1999) proposed and justified two criteria of generalized minimum aberration for general two-level fractional factorial designs. The criteria are defined using a set of values called J characteristics.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Minimum G2-aberration properties of two-level foldover designs
This paper provides theoretical results on the construction of two-level fractional factorial designs with minimum G2-aberration. Attention focuses on foldover designs which are shown to have minimum G2-aberration across the whole class of orthogonal ...

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Minimum aberration majorization in non-isomorphic saturated designs
In this paper we propose a new criterion, minimum aberration majorization, for comparing non-isomorphic saturated designs. This criterion is based on the generalized word-length pattern proposed by Ma and Fang (Metrika 53 (2001) 85) and Xu and Wu (Ann ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
