Controller performance design and assessment using nonlinear generalized minimum variance benchmark : scalar case

open access: yes, 2004
A nonlinear version of the Generalized Minimum Variance (GMV) multivariable control law has been recently derived for the control of nonlinear, possibly time-varying systems.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Evaluation of realized multi-power variations in minimum variance hedging

open access: yes
This study investigated the hedging performance of realized multi-power variations under minimum variance strategy. The minimum variance hedge ratios are estimated by the realized DCC-GARCH model, and the risk and utility metrics are used to evaluate the

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Amplitude and Phase Estimation Combined Coherence Factor Applied to Medical Ultrasound Imaging

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2015
:In medical ultrasound imaging, the minimum variance (MV) adaptive beamforming method can improve the imaging resolution at expense of imaging contrast and robustness. In order to overcome this drawback, the amplitude and phase estimation (APES) adaptive

MCBA-MVACGAN: A Novel Fault Diagnosis Method for Rotating Machinery Under Small Sample Conditions

open access: yesMachines
In complex industrial scenarios, high-quality fault data of rotating machinery are scarce and costly to collect. Therefore, small sample fault diagnosis needs further research.

Minimum variance beamformer weights revisited

open access: yesNeuroImage, 2015
Adaptive minimum variance beamformers are widely used analysis tools in MEG and EEG. When the target brain activity presents in the form of spatially localized responses, the procedure usually involves two steps. First, positions and orientations of the sources of interest are determined.
