돌아갈 수 있으며, 동반된 심방세동 등 부정맥으로 인 하여 항응고제 복용이 필요한 경우라도 판막이식수술환 자에 비해 항응고제의 용량을 감소할 수 있어서 항응고 제 복용에 따른 혈전색전증이나 출혈성 합병증의 빈도 가 매우 낮다고 할 수 있다. 특히 최근에는 판막성형수 술의 성공율이 향상되어 승모판부전증 수술 시 성형수술 이 가능하고 수술위험이 1% 이하인 경우 증상이 없는 환자에서도 심초음파검사 결과 좌심실구출율이 60% 이 하이며, 좌심실수축기말 내경이 45 mm 이상이면 수술 을 권장하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 승모판성형수술의 증 례는 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 상대적으로 판막대치수술 은 줄어들고 있다.
